Shannon Burroughs Mangrum, a clinical Aesthetician & Permanent Makeup Artist, brings 10 years of skin care & education to Merle Norman. A graduate of Jon Nave University & the Texas Institute of Permanent Cosmetics. She offers an array of skin care treatments, waxing & make up techniques! She has been seen on Talk of the Town and the Dove Awards demonstrating the latest Make up trends & skin care products!

Shannon owns and manages the Merle Norman Day Spa & Boutique of Smyrna, Tennessee.

Alyssa

Alyssa is a Beauty Consultant here at Merle Norman. She, together with Shannon and Maura, can assist you in choosing the skin care and cosmetic products that will provide you the best results and give you the perfect look that you desire.

In addition to her duties as a Beauty Consultant, Alyssa also specializes in the application of Facial Treatments and Body Treatments in our day spa.

Maura
