Massage Therapy

Swedish Massage:

This massage technique is relaxing and invigorating. It affects the nerves, muscles, glands and circulation, while promoting health and well being.

Available in 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions.

Deep Tissue Massage:

Extends below superficial connective tissue with the intent of breaking up old structural patterns to allow the free flow of nutrients and oxygen in the blood. This method does require the therapist to apply a considerable amount of pressure, which in some cases may cause slight discomfort.

Available in 60 minute sessions.

Hot Stone Massage:

Hot Stone Massage involves the application of water-heated basalt stones of varying sizes to key points on the body, giving a deep massage and creating heat which relaxes muscles, allowing manipulation of a greater intensity than with regular massage.

Chocolate Indulgence Massage:

Treat yourself or your love to a deliciously scented body massage, made with rich oils and Vitamin E, that will nourish and feed the senses. Choose from chocolate mint, chocolate raspberry, and chocolate cake.

Facial Treatments

Signature Facial Treatment:

A deep pore-cleansing treatment for all skin types that includes a thorough cleansing steam, exfoliation, mask, face, neck and shoulder massages and moisturizer. Skin is refreshed and ultra clean. Be sure to compliment your facial with a professional Merle Norman at home regiment.

Express Facial Treatment:

This quick refreshing facial can be designed for any skin type and includes cleaning, exfoliation, extractions and mask. Great for teens to introduce them to a great skin care regiment called "Clear Complexion".

Lactic Acid Peel:

This peel is fabulous for all skin types. It provides a deep exfoliation of the epidermis. It is also great for reducing blackheads, hyper pigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles. The skin is hydrated using "Collagen Support"; an oil-free hydrating lotion with soluble collagen and elastin.

Microdermabrasion:

A gentle yet highly effective way to resurface the skin. Diamond-tip wands are used to exfoliate the top layers of skin while a mild vacuum suction helps to stimulate collagen and elastin in the skin. This leaves your skin smoother, softer and more youthful. Microdermabrasion helps to improve sun damaged skin, age spots, acne scars, fine lines, hyper pigmentation, texture and tone.

Microdermabrasion is best done in a series of three to six treatments.
